Patrons are invited to sign up for a 30 minute session with Jenna Gouin, MBA/MSOL. She can provide help with:
- Application assistance including MassHealth, SNAP, WIC, Fuel Assistance, Medicare, Social Security, Veteran’s benefits etc
- Referrals to community organizations, mental health, and substance abuse providers
- Assistance obtaining financial resources to address past due rents and utilities
- Guidance on solving some of life’s challenging situations
She visits Whitinsville Social Library, Northbridge’s public library, located at 17 Church Street, two days a month.
Registration is required to meet with her. When signing up please share what you need help with so Jenna can be prepared in the best way to assist you. Each patron has 30 minutes.
Jenna Gouin attained her Master’s degree from Nichols College in 2015; her focus was business administration and organizational leadership. Her passion has always been serving residents in her community. Her background includes extensive healthcare experience and tenure in the human services industry.
